Anil Chaudhary is an experienced electrical engineer and energy infrastructure professional with extensive expertise in power systems, renewable energy, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). With a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), an MBA, and hands-on experience as a licensed electrician, Anil combines strong technical capability with strategic leadership.
Over the course of his career, Anil has worked with several major Australian utilities and infrastructure organisations including Power and Water Corporation, AusNet Services, Ausgrid, and Telstra. Through these roles he has contributed to the design, engineering, and delivery of critical energy and telecommunications infrastructure projects across Australia.
Anil has also held senior leadership roles, including General Manager at RSS CommTel, where he led major infrastructure programs and operational teams.
His technical expertise spans Battery Energy Storage Systems, solar PV integration, power system studies, earthing system design, lightning protection design, and grid compliance assessments. Anil has supported projects across renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, and telecommunications networks, ensuring systems are designed and delivered in accordance with Australian standards and utility requirements.

Farayi Nyausaru is a Principal Electrical Engineer specialising in power system studies, grid connection engineering, and electrical infrastructure for utility scale and industrial energy projects. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), and listed on the National Engineering Register (NER).
Farayi works at the intersection of power system analysis and real world electrical networks, supporting developers, asset owners, and engineering firms to successfully connect generation and energy storage projects to the grid. His expertise includes steady state and dynamic power system studies, protection coordination, arc flash analysis, and technical assessments required for grid connected Battery Energy Storage Systems and embedded generation projects.
He has supported numerous generation and energy storage projects through the technical study and approval process, providing independent engineering review, study validation, and technical advisory services. His work focuses on ensuring that power system studies are technically robust, compliant with Australian engineering standards, and aligned with network connection requirements.
Farayi also brings practical experience from complex industrial power systems, including high voltage and low voltage distribution networks in mining and heavy industry.
